Finding, selecting, and reserving your BMW motorcycle online has never been easier. Using the stock locator, select the BMW motorcycle you prefer from the range of models and variants available for dispatch to your selected dealer. With an online deposit you can reserve it exclusively for you!

The online booking platform lists the MRRP (Manufacturer Recommended Ride-Away Price), including Taxes and Duties based on the postcode you enter. This postcode must match the address where the vehicle will be registered to. Negotiation of the final price is worked out between yourself and your chosen dealer. Prices may change if products or services (such as financial or maintenance services) are added to the order. The procedure for reserving a BMW motorcycle or scooter online involves the payment of a fee, which will be deducted from the final price of the vehicle. 

Reserving a BMW online is possible with a BMW ID account. If you don't already have one, you can create an account during the reservation process. The BMW ID account is required for all BMW Motorrad, BMW and MINI digital services and offers numerous advantages, including exclusive offers and even faster online services. You can also reserve a BMW online without a BMW ID, in this case you will need to provide contact information as part of the checkout process.

If you already have a BMW ID, you can log in before or during the online reservation process. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one by clicking on “Forgot your password?” on the login screen.

If you don't have a BMW ID, you can create one free of charge: the data required for registration are first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number and address information.

By reserving a vehicle, you are placing a deposit with the dealer and have not yet committed to purchase the vehicle, reservations are refundable prior to signing the contract of sale.

a. After selecting your favourite BMW on the Stock Locator, you can proceed with the online reservation by clicking on the “Reserve Now” button.

You will be guided to complete your order.

You may log in with your BMW ID or just enter your personal details required for the reservation.

Then, select how you would like to pay the reservation fee based on the dealers available payment methods that will be displayed to you in the checkout.

You can change or modify the data entered at any time during the reservation process.

b. Log in or fill in your personal details

You may log in or register for a BMW ID account. In this way, some data will be pre-filled automatically. Alternatively, you can checkout just by entering your information as a guest.

c. Select the payment method for the reservation deposit

You may have to select the payment method of the deposit you prefer based on the options your chosen Dealership accepts. The deposit is required to reserve your BMW. The amount will then be deducted from the final price of the vehicle.

d. Confirm the information and send the order

A summary page will summarize all the information entered. If required, you can modify this information.

Before submitting the order, you must accept the terms and conditions, which also explains the methods for your right of withdrawal and the privacy collection notice.

By clicking on “Place the order”, your reservation of your chosen BMW will be forwarded to the Dealership selected by you.

e. Order summary via email

After placing your order, you will receive a summary email that you can use for further communication with the Dealership. Always refer to the order number indicated in the email.

Yes. Our financial services allow you to buy a BMW motorcycle or scooter in instalments as agreed with the Dealership and with BMW Financial Services.

The financial conditions become binding only after placing the order and after the subsequent control of the conditions of access to financing. Your selected dealership can supply you further information on BMW Financial Services.

The deposit confirms to the Dealership your desire to purchase the chosen BMW and represents a reservation fee. The amount of the deposit will be charged only after placing the order. The deposit can be refunded under certain conditions, for example if the order is cancelled within the terms or if the sales contract is not entered into with the Dealership.

The payment of the deposit does not guarantee the purchase of the vehicle. The purchase contract is concluded and becomes legally binding only with the confirmation by the Dealership, which constitutes its acceptance.

The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total price of the vehicle.

When booking online, you can choose between different payment methods for the deposit. The payment methods available depend on the Dealership selected.

Yes. The dealer in charge will issue the invoice after confirming and accepting the order. This process may take a few days.

The address for sending the invoice corresponds to the one you indicated during registration. If you would like to be contacted at another email address, please let the Dealership know.

To complete the purchase of your new BMW motorcycle, you must enter into an agreement with your selected dealer. By paying a reservation fee you are expressing interest in a particular BMW. The dealership will contact you within 48 hours to conclude the sale.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal prior to signing a Sales contract with the dealer of your choice.

Please contact your selected dealership directly to confirm the withdrawal.

The warranty applied to a vehicle reserved online is the same as that applied to vehicles purchased physically at the Dealership.
