For the avoidance of doubt in the event that an overseas recipient breaches the APP’s that entity will not be bound by and you will not be able to seek redress under the Privacy Act.
You should be aware that we may use your email address to contact you in the future. We will not sell or pass on your details to third parties. However, we may disclose your personal information to vehicle and parts manufacturers and suppliers.
