As the purchaser of a new vehicle, BMW Australia Ltd (BMW, we, us) has collected your personal information from your dealer to provide sales, aftersales and customer care services, including warranty, roadside and accident management services. We will in future need to collect your information from you directly and from our related BMW companies, service providers and business partners (such as providers of roadside assistance and accident management services).  We may not be able to provide you with relevant sales, aftersales or customer care services or respond to your queries if we cannot collect all the information we need.

Sharing your personal information: BMW may share the personal information we collect about you with our related BMW companies (including BMW Australia Finance Limited), authorised dealers and our service providers.  These third parties may be located outside Australia, including in Germany and the United States of America.

Direct marketing and research: As a BMW customer, we may use your contact details to send you (by telephone, post, email, SMS, social media messenger or social newsfeeds) relevant marketing communications about products, services, offers, promotions, events and research. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time by calling us on 133 BMW (133 269) or emailing us at info@bmw.com.au.

If you would like to opt out of marketing communications from an authorised dealer you can do so by following the unsubscribe directions in a message they send, or by contacting them directly.
