*All motorcycles listed are available for delivery via any BMW Motorrad Dealer within Australia. MRRP’s shown on the Website are estimated prices which include the manufacturer’s recommended retail price for the vehicle, registration, compulsory third party insurance (CTP), an estimated dealer delivery charge, stamp duty, options entered during the configuration process, and other applicable statutory charges. The amounts of some of these components are set by third parties over which BMW Motorrad has no control and are subject to change. The actual ride away price you pay for a vehicle will be agreed by you with the selling Dealer and set out in the Dealer Sales Contract.

Any pricing displayed, including promotional or “on sale” pricing, is only available for the specified VIN number or Offer number ( ie. Offer number: XXXXXX) listed on the detail page of the specific vehicle.  Once the vehicle is sold, the displayed price is no longer available. As per above, the actual ride away price you pay for a vehicle will be agreed by you with the selling Dealer and set out in the Dealer Sales Contract.

Vehicles that are listed as "In Stock" will have the shortest delivery lead time to your preferred dealer. Delivery lead times vary between dealers based on location, transportation and other factors that are beyond the control of BMW Motorrad.

Motorcycles listed as "Arriving Soon" are currently in transit to Australia. Your preferred BMW Motorrad dealer will be able to provide further information on approximate arrival times however unforeseen delays are possible.

BMW contract the services of Allianz Assistance, Australia's premier road service organisation, to provide the most reliable roadside assistance programme available. With BMW Motorcycle Roadside Assistance, should you be over 100 kms from home and your BMW motorcycle cannot be repaired in an acceptable time, you will be entitled to complimentary vehicle hire and even accommodation for yourself and your passenger.

By purchasing your new BMW motorcycle from your dealer you are automatically enrolled in the Roadside Program for the first 2 years, new motorcycles purchased after 1/10/18 will now be enrolled for 3 years.

Roadside Assistance Program Benefits:

  • 24 hour roadside assistance, 365 days a year. 
  • Vehicle rental (up to a maximum of 3 days). 
  • Accommodation is max 4 nights (at max $200/night).
  • Alternative transport / “Onward travel” cover is $300 (eg:- Taxi).
  • Onward travel, so your trip can continue without any further interruption. 
  • Legal and medical advice. 
  • Mechanical assistance. 
  • Non mechanical assistance, eg. Tyre change, flat battery, out of fuel and key loss. 
  • Vehicle recovery will be provided to deliver your motorcycle to a BMW Motorcycle Dealer, your home address, or intended destination if the vehicle cannot be repaired within an acceptable time

Policy Conditions:

BMW Motorrad Roadside Assistance
  • Any roadside assistance required as a result of inappropriate use, incorrect repair or faulty workmanship on the motorcycle by an unauthorised BMW Motorcycle Dealer, or directly due to the fitment of non-genuine parts and/or accessories will be co-ordinated by BMW Motorcycle Roadside Assistance; however, all costs will be the owner's responsibility. 
  • In the event that your BMW motorcycle cannot be mobilised at the roadside, it will be transported to the nearest BMW Motorcycle Dealer. 
  • To be eligible for BMW Motorcycle Roadside Assistance, your BMW motorcycle must be well maintained and of sound mechanical and roadworthy condition. If you have any doubt of the condition of your motorcycle, please do not hesitate to contact your local BMW Motorcycle Dealer, who will arrange an inspection. 
  • Accommodation is max 4 nights (at max $200/night).
  • Alternative transport / “Onward travel” cover is $300 (eg:- Taxi).
  • Some services are excluded from the cover of BMW Motorcycle Roadside Assistance, and these are listed below:  

 

  1. All costs related to parts, labour and other associated costs, for the repair of your BMW motorcycle, including replacement batteries and/or tyres.
  2. Any cost which would normally be payable by you, such as security deposit, petrol and toll charges, or accident excess in the event that the hire car (if provided under the policy) is involved in an accident.
  3. Recovery of disabled vehicles in areas that are not accessible to normal two-wheel drive vehicles will be co-ordinated, however all costs will be the owner's responsibility. 
  4. In the interests of providing a quality service at a competitive price, BMW Motorcycle Roadside Assistance reserves the right to amend or withdraw service where utilisation is excessive due to the lack of regular and preventative maintenance or non-compliance in rectifying any recurring fault.
