Fuel your soul with a 4-day / 5-night Roadtrip on a BMW R 18 or R nineT, with relaxed motorcycle touring exploring some of the best regions of Australia. Ride your own R 18 or R nineT or hire a bike from the R 18 range to discover heritage road cruising at its finest.

Trying to determine how to get home? All hire bike attendees can extend their bike hire for an additional day free of charge to return the bike to a Sydney Metro BMW Motorrad dealership by 4pm COB on the Monday following the event.

Where to leave your vehicle for the duration of the trip? All hire bike customers can park at our first nights accommodation in Windsor for the duration of the event. Please note onsite parking is not secured or insured, but located on private property for peace of mind.

SoulFuel Escape COVID-19 Information:
The SoulFuel Escape NSW will follow all applicable NSW state health guidelines.
A COVIDSafe plan will be developed in accordance with these guidelines and communicated to all customers prior to the start of the event, with detail in the instance that there is a positive case.
Vaccination:
NSW state health guidelines will apply, ensure you are up to date with the current regulations and vaccine requirements. Please note that accommodation and hospitality business’ that will be attended on the event can enforce their own vaccine mandates out of our control, which may prohibit you from these venues if not met.
Cancellations:
We are very aware of the potential for COVID-19 related issues. If you are unable to attend due to a COVID-19 related issue you will be placed in full credit of your registration less a $500 accommodation booking fee.
